This Beautiful Lodge is situated in a Private Game Reserve, near Beestekraal on the Brits-Thabazimbi road, approximately 100 Kilometers from Pretoria. The reserve is part of the greater Vaalkopdam nature reserve. The property is nearly 6000 hectares and is home to a wide variety of mammal and bird species. The property has only 32 shareholders, 18 private lodges, and one commercial lodge, leaving most of the 6000 hectares to its magnificent wildlife. A river weaves through the property and flows into the bordering dam, adding to the area’s beauty and splendor.

Included in the selling price is the following: Neat Lodge,  20% share in a private company owning property of 543 hectares, Traversing rights over the full 6000 hectares, and a Pro-rata share of game.

Monthly levies are approximately R13 000 and the lodge may be co-owned by a maximum of six shareholders.
