This 186 ha game farm is situated 120 kilometers from Pretoria and about 20 kilometers outside Warmbaths (Bela-Bela) in the Limpopo Province. The topography is about 30 hectares of flat area and 156 ha of more mountainous area with rocky ridges and a lovely gorge.The mountainous area does have a road to a certain point but more roads can easily be made as the mountains are flat on top.The habitat is a mix between sweet and sour veld and the farm has a summer stream that forms the one border. There was  new game fence put up recently and there is escom power and one unequipped borehole.There is a very old farm house structure as can be seen on the photos.The farm is situated behind another farm and access to it is by means of a servitude road which makes it very private. This property will be an ideal weekend getaway farm with lots of potential. There are no game on the farm except for small game like duiker, steenbuck, warthog etc.

Various free roaming game can be frequently spotted including Baboon, Common Duiker, Steenbok and Warthog , etc.

Tree life is absolutely stunning with some of the following trees: Brandy Bush (Rosyntjiebos), Buffalo Thorn (Blinkblaar-wag-\'n-bietjie), Common Wild Fig (Gewone Wildevye), Large-Fruited Bushwillow (Raasblaar), Lavender Tree (Laventelboom), Marula (Maroela), Mountain Karee (Bergkaree), Sickle Bush (Sekelbos), Velvet Bushwillow (Fluweelboswilg), Wild Seringa (wildesering) and Wild Silver Oak (Vaalbos) .
