This Lovely Game Lodge is situated within a private nature reserve approximately 300 kilometers from Pretoria and Johannesburg in the Lydenburg region. This 5 500ha of the pristine African bush, ranges from bushveld, savannah grassland, wetland, and riverine forest, the reserve is a well-stocked with most plains game species including buffalo and sable antelope. The reserve is privately owned by 120 shareholders and is managed by 2 full time on sight managers, who report to a board of directors. The directors who are also shareholders are elected by the shareholder body at the AGM. Each shareholder is entitled to build their own dwelling on their 1 ha freehold site. Each shareholder owns 1/125th share in the Reserve. The reserve is a family-orientated reserve and activities, include game viewing, hiking, mountain biking, 4×4 trails, fishing, and picnicking at a number of well-maintained picnic sites. There is a thatch clubhouse with a swimming pool, bar and kitchen facilities, braai area, and ablutions. This clubhouse may be reserved for private functions.

The game on the reserve consists of , buffalo,  sable, leopard, kudu, eland, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, waterbuck, nyala, impala, warthog and baboon, mountain reedbuck, duiker amongst others. The monthly levy is R 5 250 p/m which is very reasonable for a Reserve this size where you can enjoy the whole 5 500 ha without the hassle of monthly expenses like maintenance and staff costs etc.

The lodge is a freehold property comprising 10,000 square meters within a share block for common usage within approximately 5,500 hectares of private reserve. Situated on the top part of the waterfall at the edge of a gorge, this site overlooks a river with magnificent views of the mountains, and beyond. This magnificent dwelling boasts uninterrupted views of the waterfall and large rapids of the river 200 meter away. The asking price also includes a Land Rover game viewer.
