This beautiful 300 Ha Game Farm is situated approximately 180Km north of Pretoria, 25 Km from Mookgopong, and 30 Km from Modimolle.  The farm is perched on the plateau of the Waterberg mountains and has a temperate climate. The farm has registered water rights that allow for the dams as well as for seven Ha to be irrigated under a pivot.  A three-phase pump delivers water from the river to the main cement dam. In addition to the river and the dams, there are two boreholes delivering water to Jo-Jo tanks with a capacity of 20 000 Liters.
