• Each share block provides the owner of such with one week (10 weeks in total) ownership, allocated as per usage roster when shares are subscribed for.
• A 25% down payment is required, the balance of the subscription price is already funded, each subscriber will only be liable for its share of the existing bond on the property.
• Each investor also buys into the future potential of the property, individual share blocks can be sold off by the co-owners collectively when the general market conditions for this type of leisure investments improves.
