1500 ha Undeveloped Farm in Rankin’s Pass Region










This farm captures all the elements or Africa, including mountains, slopes, plain areas, rocky terrain, and of course bushveld. THe climate is sub-tropical with an annual temperature between 5 and 35ºC winter and summer alike. The farm is partially fenced and offers an opportunity to sub-divide the farm. There are no through roads on the farm, which makes it private and secure as well as a road circling the farm with locked gates. The farm has 1 strong river with 3 smaller channels, 2 boreholes, 2 dams and good rains. Included in the 1500 hectares is a 21m wide servitude.


There are three veld types present on the farm. Highveld, middleveld and lowveld which provide three habitats for a wide variety of game species, all on the same farm. There is an abundance of bird life, and many small game can be frequently spotted, including Bush Pig, Porcupine, Kudu, Duiker and Warthog.
