This 174 ha game farm is located in the Nylstroom region, close the ever-popular Kranskop (Modimolle Mountain). The farm is held in a Closed Corporation on one title deed. One of the main features is the large natural dam that is fed by three fountains and has maintained its level for the past 40 years. The area presents an annual rainfall of more than 500 mm per year. The farm is also fully game-fenced. |

A well organized and professionally designed road infrastructure of approximately 12 kilometers links the 4 watering holes with the three entrance gates. A new game fence of 2,4 meters (24 strands of 2,5 mm galavanized steel wire) has recently been erected around the reserve with high quality fence poles and standard steel droppers which are all painted with long lasting Iscor Black rust preventative paint. The work shop area represents a shed and large roofed steel construction with concrete flooring. A powerful generator and borehole pumps water to a 2000 liter storage tank and a pipe line transfers bulk water to a 5 000 liter holding tank from where it is distributed by gravitation to the main man made watering hole. |

Various veld types are represented – savannah, large natural vlei areas, unpenetratable thickets, sheer cliffs with ravine bush, sandy expanses with large trees – accommodating a great variety of game species. A large variety of game species is well represented and the reserve has been exempted by the Department of Nature Conservation. Game includes:
Free roaming game inlcudes bush buck, grey duiker, steenbuck, mountain reed buck, push pigs, warthogs, and borwn hyenas. Tree species inlcude Marula, Knob-Thorn Tree (Knoppiesdoring), Wild seringa (Wildesering), Red Bush Willow (Rooibos), Blinkblaarwag’n Bietjie, Boekenhout, etc. |
